The restaurant was solid. I was a bit concerned because they don't take reservations and I visited on a Saturday night, but the wait wasn't bad. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly hostess. There was a small but comfortable place for is to wait for our table. The music was great and got even better when the saxophonist began to play as we dined. It was definitely a nice vibe. We ordered the jerk wings to start. They were delicious meat fall off the bone wings. The food came super quick so they didn't arrive as an appetizer. Normally I would care, but I was just excited about the extremely short wait for our entrees. We had the crab and shrimp fried rice and the Branzino, both were delicious but I preferred the fish. Pro Tip; Go!

I had the pleasure of dining at Yebo Kitchen in Baltimore this past Saturday, and it was an unforgettable experience! This Black-owned gem exceeded all expectations. Despite a brief 10-minute wait, we were treated to the soothing sounds of a live saxophonist, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. At first glance, the restaurant appears cozy, but it opens into a spacious dining area that converts into a patio during the summer months--a perfect spot for warm-weather dining. We tried several dishes, including the Zulu Brussels sprouts, salmon chips, crab egg rolls, wings, and shrimp and crab fried rice. Everything was absolutely delicious, but the real showstopper was the banana pudding. Made with fresh bananas and crispy cookies, it was pure decadence--I've literally dreamed about it since. The atmosphere, attentive service, and creative, decadent menu make Yebo Kitchen a must-visit. Supporting this Black-owned business was a joy, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend

This is a cute women owned business near the north Avenue art district. I didn't know it was there but was taken for a late birthday dinner. They have a seated section, bar and front outdoor patio. The seated are us great for a date night and the patio is an amazing hangout with friends. Service was cool and they were friendly, but just a little slow with getting drinks out. Now the food was good! The wings were amazing,

Great place. The staff is wonderful. I love the decor. I attended a Happy Hour event so I sat on the patio. I'm not sure if the DJ is there every evening but the music was great. I forgot the name of the second strawberry drink but it was recommended by the server. It was delicious!! The short ribs were great but I wish they served more. The fried green beans were pretty good too. I've heard a lot of good things about brunch. I will definitely go back.

I've been to this spot now for brunch and dinner. I will say I enjoyed brunch the best ( I only had an assortment of appetizers for dinner.) BREAKFAST I tried the short rib, mash dish and that was very very, very tasty. I would definitely get that again. The drinks are reasonably priced and I enjoyed those as well. The party that I with really enjoyed their dishes as well. They had the jerk wings and avocado toast. DINNER: When I tried dinner, I had the crab eggrolls and brussels sprouts. The crab egg rolls were missing filling so to me it was a little dry. Seating was a little awkward for both occasions. But I found outdoor seating during warmer months a little bit more pleasant. The inside is a little small, so the outdoor seating in the winter was covered and heated, but not as comfortable. Definitely worth trying. I'll be back a third time for sure. Make sure to make a reservation before going as there may be a wait if you walk in.

Yebo Kitchen has been on my list forever and I was so excited to finally check them out! I've gone for brunch and happy hour now. For happy hour, we arrived right at 5pm when they open. The bar filled up by 5:30 with a line of people waiting at the door! The regular menu seems kinda pricey but the happy hour prices are decent. We ordered the jerk wings, salmon crisps, and Brussels sprouts to share, along with some wine and a peach martini. Everything comes out plated beautifully --I appreciate that so much thought goes into presentation. But even more importantly, everything tastes spectacular! The wings were well spiced and literally fall off the bone --SO GOOD! Highly recommend the Brussels sprouts as well. The salmon bites were okay but nothing special. For brunch, the place gets packed later in the afternoon like around 2pm. The brunch menu is delicious but not super vegetarian friendly or shellfish-free, if you have allergies. However the kitchen is very accommodating and willing to make something work if you get creative! Ample free street parking in the neighborhood and the restaurant itself has a nice vibe and friendly waitstaff. I have and will be back again!

What more can I say?! Yebo is a gem!!! Upon entering we were greeted by the hostess and some of the team. The entire staff is hard working and super friendly the moment you walk in. I love they maintain the bar area as soon as patrons get up to accommodate the next patrons to dine/drink. The decor is beautiful and feels warm and welcoming. While Yebo is cute, and could fit the Instagram aesthetic, for once this is a place where the quality of food matches the vibes hands down! Drinks can be a bit pricey but are crafted with love. We were a party of 6. Just a helpful hint....be sure your entire party is present or you cannot be seated. This is totally understandable. They are constantly busy which is a testament to how great it is! We ordered a variety of items and they were good! We will definitely be back again.
